Metrobus' Crawley depot has taken the gold in the Top National Bus Depot award at the prestigious UK Bus Awards announced in London this week. The Top National Depot category recognises bus depots that provide an outstanding service and are truly committed to their customers, communities and employees. Only eight bus depots from across the United Kingdom reached the final.

Clearbell Property Partners II LP (Clearbell), a fund managed by Clearbell Capital, today announces the sale of CC3, Churchill Court, Crawley to a local authority for £11.25 million a 5.68% Churchill Court is a self-contained campus of three buildings totalling 106,000 sq ft, prominently located at the junction of Manor Royal and Gatwick Road. The sale follows the letting of the whole building to Regus on a 15-year lease.

Crawley Borough Council's successful small business grant scheme is set to continue with the help of continued funding from a county-wide pot. The council is continuing supporting micro and small businesses in Crawley as part of the scheme that has already financed over 50 small businesses in Crawley since it launched in November 2016.
05/11/2018 - Poppy bus unveiled at West Sussex Poppy Appeal launch
Metrobus' new poppy bus was officially unveiled at the West Sussex Poppy Appeal launch at the Wings Museum in Handcross recently. It's particularly poignant given that November 11 is the centenary of Armistice Day, which marks the end of the First World War, as well as being Remembrance Sunday. The bus will also take part in the Armistice Day procession in Tilgate Park, Crawley, when the millennium beacon will be lit.
