People Forum Explores Apprenticeships
HR professionals from businesses from across Manor Royal attended the BID’s latest People Forum this week to hear about Apprenticeships Schemes and the Manor Royal Jobs Board.
Andy Forbes, Director of Business Development for Central Sussex College spoke about the latest Government revisions to the structure and funding of Apprenticeship Schemes and gave advice on how employers can arrange them to create the best outcomes for both learner and employer.
Guests also heard from Gary Peters and Billy Humphreys of LoveLocalJobs, who spoke about the new dedicated Manor Royal Jobs Board – the latest initiative to be launched by the Manor Royal BID – which provides FREE and UNLIMITED job postings for Manor Royal companies.
Designed to provide meaningful conversations and best practice learning for those involved in the recruitment and management of people, the Manor Royal Forum meets quarterly and is open to anyone working in the business district.
This event was kindly hosted by Doosan on Manor Royal and organised by the Manor Royal BID exclusively for companies located on Manor Royal Business District.
