The Manhattan Building Let to B&CE
Capital London has let 18,060 sq ft of offices at The Manhattan Building in Crawley Business Quarter to workplace pension provider B&CE. The deal follows the complete refurbishment of the property and a striking new entrance façade.
B&CE has leased the first and second floors, with only the ground floor of 8,060 sq ft now remaining available to tenants seeking from 2,000 to 8,060 sq ft.
Tracy Weller, group director of business operations at B&CE said: "After an extensive search of the local area we are delighted to have selected the Manhattan building in the Crawley Business Quarter. With state of the art equipment and an energy efficiency rating of ‘A' we're confident this building will provide us with a flexible working environment for our staff as well as long term cost savings."
